We’ll guide the family around their property options personally, provide accompanied viewings and we can also organise orientation tours to help them get a feel for the area they’re going to be moving to.
We talk about any additional work they’ll need — whether that’s adding any extra items of furniture or asking for a bit of paintwork to be refreshed — and we’ll take care of offers and negotiations too. When the arrival date comes around, we’ll collect the keys and check that everything is ready to welcome them to their new home.
When they arrive, the only thing they need to worry about is unpacking their suitcase!
